Regina’s boyfriend, Oscar Velazquez, was found dead in a vacant lot, shot, wrapped in dirty bedsheets and a tarp, then set on fire. Unsolved Mysteries and America’s Most Wanted aided in the killers’ capture. What could have motivated the young sisters to commit such a heinous crime?
